Happy Halloween!
Well, we just received word via the March CHI login group that our dossiers are sitting on CHI's desk waiting for the referrals to be matched up with. Lorlyn and I almost broke out in tears! It's been a long wait and soon we'll find out who are daughter is.. We can't wait, but we must..
Sleepless in Washington
here's an update.. Well, the end of September came and went and we didn't receive our referral from China. It turns out that the Chinese Center for Adoption Affairs only went through the middle of March up to March 17th as the cutoff. Our log-in date was March 23rd. Sooo, we wait again another month til the end of October for news of who Mulan is and where she's from. I pray that God has all this under control and it's His plan for us! At this point if we get our referral at the end of October, we'll probably travel right around Christmas time... So we wait...
